It helps to know someone or a friend of a friend of a friend you can text or call.
Pretty much every other person will probably have a number or know someone who can give you one for a local dealer.

I say that sometimes too and I genuinely asked someone this question as well but I had second thoughts after finding out that it makes you dumber with each puff. Or at least messes with your brain somehow. It's not heroin, but it's not great either.
