Default I hit my goal weight!
105 lbs

I'm so happy, been working on loosing weight for almost 12 months really so I'm so proud of myself.

I've lost just under 2 stone (yes I was BIG)

Lee - I followed two diets, slimming world and the rainbow diet one week of every month.

I wouldn't recommend just going on the rainbow diet, yeah you loose weight super quick but it can make you ill.

What height are you btw if you don't mind me asking?

7.5 stone is quite thin I was 7 stone when I met my other half that's when I was 15 but I'm only 5'2.
