Ollie and Sam seem to be the most boring housemates with bland personalities. I don't understand why they are so liked. They are just pretty wallflowers in the house and have nothing to offer. Guess we expect another dull nice person to win CBB this year.

Ollie is perfect, he's hilarious and witty, I wish they'd show him more.

Sam is bland as **** though, always has been, she has little to no personality, she's not even a star in TOWIE.

We might find the fame*****s and d**kheads and wannabees entertaining for a while, but in the end they start to grate on the nerves.

They're in there with a bunch of dislikeable people, I think they're just well liked because they've not done anything horrible yet and because of fan bases from their respective reality TV shows.

I like them both 'Sam has some class about her compared to the sleazy Luisa /Jasmine.Liz is in planet Liz and the Nolan woman is a bitter and twisted witch.

I agree with the OP, they're not my worst in there but they honestly do nothing so their popularity is mystifying to me.

..I think that the thing is that we don't know if they're entertaining because the edits/highlights are really just about Casey/Lee/Jasmine and a bit of Dappy..and then there isn't that much of anything else...that's why for me, it is actually good when some of the 'bigger characters' are evicted quite early because we get to see more of the others and they can sometimes be just as entertaining...obviously it's good to keep some of what we think are the bigger characters in as well but I don't want the show to be just about a few people in there...

Also, they and the other housemates cannot get a look in as to being seen more while this Lee and his females nonsense takes up near all the time on the highlights and BB editing of those highlights.
Even bbbots last night with Emma was more like the Lee Ryan and co show.

It is a wonder she managed to cram in much on the other 5 housemates up for eviction tonight.

Exactly Joey. Even the nominations were crammed into a few seconds for each HM with reasons that made little sense because it was so heavily edited. The noms are a very interesting part obviously because they give so much insight into the different relationships but they were sacrificed to the tedious showmance.
I've never watched TOWIE but have seen most of Made in Chelsea and Ollie is just the same - except he actually gets a chance on that show to show how funny and endearing he can be.

Its not a case of them being favs and bland, its a sad case that, excluding Jim, the rest are bloody awful, so when we look at Sam and Ollie against the rest, their favouritism is justified.

As regards Sam, I find her very attractive. In a kinky way. She's so quiet. She's like this older woman a young man looks up to, despite her being younger than me.
