Yes I have caught the last parts of it.

The girl (whos name escapes me ) is good and reminds me of the days of Anneka and Dermot has a similar manner to Kenneth Kendall. The set is in keeping with the original but I have not been quick enough to catch the credits.. Is it a new pilot and cameraman?

I loved Treasure Hunt when it was on before. Possibly could do with a bit of updating with a few changes - me saying that who hates changes to her favourite programmes. Just who is the new runner - never heard of her.

Hi, this story is from the sun online today:

----------------------
TELLY’S revamped Treasure Hunt is abandoning its British locations — as the BBC spends up to £10million filming in exotic hotspots.

Beeb chiefs plan to send jump-suited presenter Suzi Perry and her helicopter to America, Mexico, Cuba, Fiji and New Zealand.

She will be directed via a satellite link by the UK-based team headed by Dermot Murnaghan.

The move comes even though the show, a new version of Anneka Rice’s 1980s hit, only attracts around 2.5million viewers.

The ten episodes, which follow a pilot series screened before Christmas, will be filmed in February and March.

A BBC spokeswoman said: “We are going abroad to give the show a more exotic feel.”

But telly campaigners Mediawatch-UK said: “This is an unreasonable amount to spend on a show that can be done just as well in the UK.”
-----------------------------

I think that is way to much money for a show that only got 2.5 viewers, but any way it great news to hear that is coming back.

That's one of the problems with being on the BBC no adverts to pay for it. But it's still a good programme and Suzi's a bit of alright. phorrrrrr...
