Default Watching bb6 for the first time

So I am watching bb6 at the moment and am up to the first eviction. I was going to rewatch bb10 but all the videos were low quality plus I wanted to watch something fresh and bb6 is quite popular on here so I thought why not.

Cast: I like the cast, but I don't love it there are too many of them that just dont click with me. I really liked Mary and I like Makosi, Temal and Craig. I want to see more of Roberto, Sam, Saskia and Leslie. I dont get the Science hype just yet but it is only first week.

Twist: I liked the twist

I have to say this is totally different and fresh from any other bb I have seen considering I started watching c5 era with bb12. There is something very innocent about it even 6 series in, the fact people dont consider secret mission straight away, less gimmicky. It has a more balanced cast than others I have watched in terms of being a real social experiment rather than more like geordie shore, I like that there seems to be less manipulation.

Its sad how manipulated bb has become and the chance of getting fame and fortune is non exsistent as Derek sings about 'fame and fortune be mine'. There is something a bit boring about this series to be honest but I am still enjoying it. Im sure it gets better as people on here seem to really like it but I'll have to wait and see.

My first and still favourite series, closely followed by BB7. The cast are largely vile but make brilliant TV. Stick with it.

Also, and this isn't meant as a criticism at all - it's so strange to think that some people only started watching Big Brother when it moved to C5 they were only introduced to the show from BB12 onwards, that's so weird to me. I've seen a few people on here say that now and of course there must be a fair few people across the country who only got into the show after it moved to C5 or perhaps just slightly before, maybe BB11 - and they've missed out on what I'd call the 'golden era' of the show - when it was at its best on C4 and series that many people on here would like to see them replicate nowadays. It's just weird to think that perhaps some people may have really liked say BB13 but have no idea about the likes of 6 and 7

Then again I suppose people who have watched since day one think the same of those like me who only started watching around BB5, 6 & 7

I first heard/seen of big brother when I was only 6 or something and that was all of the Jade controversy then I saw bits and bobs of bb8,9,10,11 maybe an episode of two of each on passing as I was only young still then bb12 came that was the first one I watched basically every epsiode, looked online for the latest news etc missed 90% of bb13 and watched mostly all of bb14 so yes its still fresh to me and bb12 is my favorite bb because it was the first one I watched, I see that as the golden days and bb14 as becoming manipulated and boring.

Faye & Aaron are two of my all time faves, but very poor series on the whole.

BB6 though.. everybody played a part, whether it was positive or negative amazing series.

Bb13 & 14 & especially cbb2014 (best series ever) were way better than bb12 imo. (Ive watched since cbb6 but ive watched at least an episode of every series online).

cbb2014 is so overrated, good but overrated and certainly not the best series ever even on c5.

If BB6 aired now, it would probably be taken off air halfway through. They really were a bunch of nutjobs

Watch out for Craig's 'personal journey' throughout the series!
It's a BB classic.

....and Kinga was on that series as well wasn't she!

BB was soooooo much better back in those days. Proper entertainment with so many car crash TV moments.

Some fantastic Housemates, such a shame that it ends up with a really bad final two at the end.
