Khat - reclassified as a class C drug - is this the start of a new war ? 31.05.14

you are not acting for just health
there is a hidden agenda
tax on "Khat" will bring in wealth
just like the supermarkets or a pub bender.
this is blighting our community
making us all go lower
while the trade had blatant immunity
only users and dealers were the glower.

delivery's in the day were obvious
people slumped in doorways with no deny
chewing away remaining oblivious.
now the law is down
but will continue the chew
"warning" then a "fine" ending in arrest from the "crown"
busy will be the boys in blue.
its now a class "C"drug
"Khat" is taken raw
will the reclassification help or bug
or is this the next epidemic in the drug war.
