Default Ignore Button

Can I just say the ignore button is a good idea. Its a pity some people dont use it. It would stop loads of bickering on the forum. Im already using it to my own advantage and it has stopped me from a few arguments on here.( I think the people know who they are who i am ignoring now by the way). Im only glad i cant see their posts . hee hee! Well done James once again

when you press the ignore button on someone then you cant see what they are writing so you're ignoring them

Yes, I don't see why people just use it?

That would avoid the whole situation of someone making a comment, whether it be a normal one or a brutally honest one, and people who don't like that person developing an argument out of nothing. It's happened on several occasions, not just recently..

I have been wanting to know about this for ages. My ignore button is off and I have always been suprised that it is so much in use, I don`t want to miss anything!!There are plenty of posts that I strongly oppose but I still want to know what we all think. Even more suprising to me is the number of ignore on signs for members who have only just joined. Surely the more ignoring that goes on reflects negatively on a forum.Perhaps when I have been here longer I will know better.I dunno maybe no one will even read this!!

Mhmm yes an argument out of nothing Ash loool

I don't use the ignore button simply because even though somebody might have a different opinion to me, or I might not like a certain person's opinions or whatever, it's still interesting to know what everybody thinks and it's good to have a nice little debate at times lol

I dont use the ignore button cos I think everyone deserves to get their point across whether its in ana rguement or BB talk.

I dont really ignore people in real life either, cos I think its better to get things off your chest.

lolz I never use the ignore button cos a) I think everyone on here's brill, there's no one I'd want to ignore, c) if there was someone I didn't like they might bitch about me and I wouldn't know b) cos everyone deserves an opinion...

Sorry,I`m still confused .If it says ignore on the left doesn`t this mean that you are ignoring someone??I`m not ignoring anyone either but unlike you guys I don`t have the ignore sign.

I did use it at one time but then thought what was the point, I like to see everyone's post's whether I agree with them or not.I'd rather not turn a blind eye to someone saying something about me or anything, sometimes the truth hurts, you vannot just walk away from everyone you don't like in real life so I feel the same about people on here.
