I agreed with him, why should a reporter get away with being able to 'steal' a likely more valid question form a CBI member who may have wanted to ask one.

100% well done to Miliband for just giving him a straight no answer and treating the ridiculous question with the contempt it deserved.
As I would be,if I was a member of something and someone was addressing us with a Q and A session for us after the speech.then some ignorant journalist pipes up with a question not related to the CBI or the speech itself.

They have done it to Cameron before and thta in my view was wrong too.
They should be there only to report what happens not hijack the proceedings.

Hardly any surprise at all arista.
Other than for Tony Blair, I doubt the CBI have ever particularly wanted a Labour PM and a Labour govt.

It is hardly a surprise, the CBI do not impress me very much, even when I was a staunch supporter of the Conservatives.
Most of them are far too selfish and do nothing as to making sure many workers do not get exploited by their own members even.

My Father is a Conservative but he calls the the CBI the starch brigade, all stiff and virtually no movement.
