Default Katie P reveals she was to be in this summer CBB

Katie Price has revealed she was originally set to take part in Celebrity Big Brother 2015 later this year.

The reality star was meant to enter the house for the upcoming summer series but instead joined the show last night.

It was after two housemates were kicked out in the first few days in the most dramatic start to a run of CBB yet.

And with still three weeks to go there’s still plenty of time for Katie P to make her mark having reportedly been paid £500,000 to take part.

She revealed before entering the house: “They’ve asked me to do the show loads.

“I’m so gutted because they asked me to do the summer one, which would’ve been great to go out there and sunbath near the pool but no, they’ve [now] asked the Pricey to go in this January.”

Katie said she was hopeful that there would be no clashes between her and the current housemates but admit that there was some “history” with other contestants.

“The obvious thing is Katie Hopkins and Alicia because we’ve had history,” she explained. “I’ve met Perez a few times and he’s always been nice to me, but he’s very different to the person I met who’s in the house now.”

Katie added: “I’d like to say I won’t clash with anyone but there’s always someone you won’t get on with.”

Celebrity Big Brother 2015 airs nightly at Channel 5.

Happy she entered early, usually the summer one is a let down, lets be honest.

thing is though the summer ones are good just look at CBB14 and how much drama that had!

If that was aired in January it would be seen as an amazing series but because it airs after months of a regular BB people are just exhausted and only watch out of loyalty to the show ending up with the memory of the series being a chore.

I couldn't get into it. After the long civilian series, it just isn't as fresh, imo. Completely agree with the second part though, it probably would have lmao

Not a fan of CBB14.
I thought it was to BB15 for me.

It was very similar, in terms of nastiness, victims, etc.
Didn't enjoy it.
**** line up.

Glad they put KP in this series. It's fantastic, and I think she deserves to be in a good series. The summer ones are always bad with terrible line ups, crap tasks, and tired format.

I said this yesterday I had a feeling she would be drafted in early

Shes lucked out though going into such a blockbuster CBB.

However this kind of confirms summer CBB is back

I really think she should have done the summer one - I genuinely don't think she's needed in this series.
I'm not a fan of hers at all - willing to change my mind if I like her (And try not to scream favourite of the producers if she comes across well) but I'll be so annoyed if she ****s up this amazing series.

I wish they would scrap it and save money for better tasks and live feed for Civvy BB.

Why do they actually have summer CBB?
The cons outweigh the pros.

No CBB will ever be great when the whole storyline revolves around one person. When you look back, the whole Gary thing was fairly boring. No great moments.

It was the same with Speidi - liked it when it was on, but looking back it was pretty boring.

Well you could compare the Gary thing to this year and Perez really.

Its not that the show is dominated by them its just that's the housemate you remember for causing the most controversy.

Can you not remember Frenchy and Leslie? James Jordan?
