I was wandering, if the Avatars section could be updated.
Its hard to find pictures, and then resize them. I think the size and quality of the pics is good, and it would be nice to get some nicely sized Danielle pics.

If you upload an avatar that is to big it will be resized automatically, so you don't need to resize it on your computer.

Just make sure you save in JPG format first so the file size is below 120 KB.

google has lots or fair sized pics just copy them off there
I donthave any trouble finding pics and as James has said they resize themselves
