Yeh they will def benefit, things will calm down, Danielle will just continue to be the suck bottom she is and be all "nice and innocent" again, I don't think Jack will change his behaviour.

Yes, Danielle and Jo will go back into the group and the tension will be gone. I imagine Jack will start to talk to the lies of Cleo and Ian more and become a middle-man.

I do agree with Simon, Shilpa will still have the biggest fan base but She will lose fans. Its like the whole Jackiey thing - When Jackiey was picking on Shilpa, She gained alot of support but then once Jackiey left Shilpa's popularity sunk until the whole bullying thing came about. When Jade goes it will become a head-to-head between Cleo and Shilpa.
