I'm assuming you're asking why Jo hasn't been reprimanded by BB over that comment which you obvioulsy think is racist. Correct? If not why would you bring the subject up?

Let me explain, there are hundreds of topics on the site and some of them are are duplicated because one word topic titles or poorly thought out topic titles. It takes time to find these duplicate topics and merge them together.
