I think Dirk will be up not sure against who but probably Jack.

The smoking argument will get Dirk nominated by Dan and Jo.
Just a thought, but I think Dirk wants to be nominated, either to test himself and his popularity or to just get out.

I think there will be a double eviction meaning three will face the public vote, probably be Dirk again because he always seems to receive quite a few nominations, Jack maybe because of his connections with Jade and then my last guess would be Danielle or maybe even Shilpa.
