Is it just me or does Rylan not have any energy about him during Xtra Factor?

I don't think he's enjoying it at all?

I don't blame him for not having any energy he has done live tv since May non stop every night

Very good point. Live TV is a lot of pressure and giving out that much energy can't really be sustained I suppose.
