There is 0 chance she would choose Sam realistically. The only thing he has working in his favour is he is also British so there is a higher chance of some deals and media interest after the show.

She's loving all the attention and is just pretending to be super cool about it all. Remember how she said to Chad that she was going to go to the US so he could take her out and show her the sights, seems to me she leading him on and then playing it cool when he shows some interest back.
