Default My Big Brother [Part of my School Project]

Because we don't have any new BB news today, and in a shameless attempt to up my post count and to get some recognition for my school project, i thought i'd post and tell you all about my own version of Big Brother i did as part of my school year project.

About:
As part of my project I have decided to stage my own reality TV show. I have titled the show ‘The Experiment’. Six people, 3 boys and 3 girls, have volunteered to take part. The six participants will be locked up in a room for 3 hours being watched by cameras. During there time locked up they will be asked to participate in tasks and will also be asked to vote out some of there fellow participants. At the end of the third hour one of the participants will crowned the winner, while the other 5 would have been evicted. The six will be forbidden from smoking, drinking, using any sort of electrical equipment and from writing anything down.

The reason behind this experiment is test out what reality TV can do to people and how people cope having there every move recorded for particular length of time. I also want to see how people would react when forced to work together as a team and when they are forced to vote people out.

All participants are aged 14 and under and have been given permission by there parents and are fully aware of what to expect. All participants know each other previous to taking part.

The Participants:
Name: Brian
Age: 11
From: Finglas
Describe yourself in 3 words: “Very, very cool.”

Name: Peter
Age: 12
From: Finglas
Describe yourself in 3 words: “I. don’t. Know.”

Name: Carl
Age: 12
From: Finglas
Describe yourself in 3 words: “youth Irish footballer”

Name: Hayley
Age: 14
From: Finglas
Describe yourself in 3 words: “cool, loud & angry.”

Name: Gemma
Age: 13
From: Finglas West
Describe yourself in 3 words: “Sanks, Sowie & Pweeese”

Name: Niamh
Age: 14
From: Finglas
Describe yourself in 3 words: “Very, very, very”

Highliaghts:
1:32pm: Brian, Gemma, Hayley, Carl, Niamh & Peter enter.
1:45pm: Participants are given first task – To perform there own version of ‘Cinderella’ in 60 seconds.
1:50pm: After a very brief discussion about there play, Hayley & Brian begin to argue.
2:02pm: after no rehearsals, the participants perform there 60 second play and they pass the task.
2:14pm: The participants are told that in 15 mintues, 2 people will be voted out. The girls are asked to choose one boy to leave, and the boys are asked to choose one girl to leave. Niamh begs the boys to vote her out.
2:22pm: Gemma and Hayley discuss Peter’s friend, Vetalli, who is orgiannly from Lithuania. Gemma comments “if he was here now, I’d evict him. I’d evict him back to Lithuania”. Hayley asks the boys to vote her out.
2:24pm: Brian gives Niamh a Lap dance.
2:30pm: Gemma reveals that the girls have chosen to evict Peter and Carl announces that the boys have chosen to evict Hayley. Hayley and Peter leave the room.
2:39pm: Participants are given a second task. They are to play Charades until a winner is chosen. The participants stopped playing after a couple of minutes and failed the task.
2:45pm: Niamh goes to the toilet. While Niamh is away, Gemma tells Brian & Carl not to vote off Niamh and to instead, evict her at the next vote off.
2:50pm: as punishment for discussing nominations, Gemma is banned from talking until further notice.
3:09pm: After 15 mintues Gemma is allowed to speak again.
3:13pm: Participants are told they must choose 2 more people to leave. Brian and Carl must chose a girl to go, and Gemma and Niamh must chose which boy will go.
3:24pm: Niamh announces that she and Gemma have chosen Carl to leave. Karl leaves at 3:25pm. Five minutes later, Brian announces that the boys had chosen Gemma to leave. Gemma leaves the room at 3:31pm. Niamh & Brian remain.
3:34pm: Niamh says that she can’t spend another hour locked up with just Brian.
3:38pm: Brian and Niamh are arguing and fighting nonstop.
3:43pm: Niamh and Brian talk “balls” and “tea bagging”.
3:46pm: Brian reads out the final task. Niamh and Brian must go head-to-head in 3 games. Whoever wins the most games is the winner. The first game is ‘Think Before You Blink’, a staring competition. Niamh is announced the winner.
3:51pm: While Brian is in the toilet, Niamh pleads to leave.
3:54pm: Niamh leaves, deciding she has had enough.
3:57pm: As Niamh has left, Gemma returns to take her place.
3:58pm: Gemma & Brian are given paper and pen to play X’s and O’s, the second game of today’s final task. The final 2 must play 3 games of X’s and O’s. Best out of 3 wins.
4:09pm: Participants are informed that Gemma has won X’s and O’s and is now leading by 1-NIL.
4:14pm: Because Niamh left and because Brian didn’t face towards the camera the last time, Gemma and Brian must play ‘Think Before You Blink’ again. Gemma blinks a total of 16 times and therefore loses. Brain is the winner of ‘Think Before You Blink’. Gemma and Brian are now at a draw.
4:34pm: Gemma and Brian play ‘Simon Says’, the final game in today’s task. Whoever wins ‘Simon Says’ will be the overall winner of ‘The Experiment’.
3:38pm: Gemma and Brian finish playing ‘Simon Says’ and sit quietly waiting for the final results.
4:45pm: Gemma is told that she is the winner. Brian has finished 2nd and at 4:46pm, Brian leaves the room.
4:46pm: Gemma is alone in the room and is singing into a hair straighter.
4:50pm: Gemma leaves the room. All participants have now left.

I actually have done something like that. From ages 10-14 I played Survivor with my friends. We played 10 seasons and then an All-Star Season. It was amazing and fun. I won 5 games from being manipulative and sneaky, a friend of mine Fidah won 3 Games, my other friend Chris won 2, and then the most unlikely winner, Reggie an African American won the season before the All-Star game began.

Lol. That's wicked.
I organised a game of Survivor with my cousins. For the immunity challenge they had to crouch against a wall and the person who could last the longest won immunity.

See I lived right next to the beach, so we would always play down there. We would have like swimming challenges, who could race across the rocks, relay races, and endurance challenges like who could balance themselves on a large rock in the water the longest. In the summer it was so much fun. We even did a Big Brother game way early on too with like 9 people under BBUS rules. This was back in 2001 because I remember we were basing it off BB2. I was a challenge dominator but ended up losing the final vote.
