Ignorant resident is trying to bully a bin man into collecting rubbish he has put on the floor by throwing around, no surprises folks, the ‘racist’ word. A prime example of how to try and put yourself above the rules, we are all aware of regarding collecting rubbish, by being a nasty, snide, predicable old bully. The council should refuse to collect his rubbish from now on. |
