Default Romanian gangster who was jailed in his home country fled to the UK and.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...alks-free.html

Personally for me I think that while I get what the judge is saying, he committed a crime in Romania then Romania should be allowed to punish him if they so wish as after all don't go killing people in your own country if you don't want to get arrested for it.

Basically it's telling people like this guy that you can commit a crime in your own country and then come to the UK and be set free.

The only thing that I will obviously take into consideration is that it is the Daily Mail printing this and we all know what they're like about Romanians.

As it's a Human Rights case about a criminal coming to the UK, I'm sure we can all think of one moderator who'll be all for it.

This is pretty incredible, the Human Rights Act is not fit for purpose if this is how it is being used, why couldn’t he at least be imprisoned in one of our overflowing jail cells

Ridiculous.
On those grounds, we better start releasing those poor prisoners that are spending time at her Majesty’s pleasure in overcrowded prisons in Britain.

And to hell with the human rights of the law-abiding citizens! Let’s just allow foreign criminals in and put their comfort and safety above everyone else’s - with those sort of attitudes by some no wonder the country is going to pot. This country is getting more dangerous for all of us every day - and that is the resulting outcome of such ‘priorities’.
