Ok, i have never made an eye. but i think you take the original big brother eye (search it in google or something) and copy it.

then paste it into paint and edit it from there

well the only thing i've ever used is paint and sometimes paint shop pro 2(i kno its ancient but i got it for free)

Heres an eye the best software i think is on this page http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satelli.../1152796555406 i use the corel photo shop pro its free for 30 days when the 30 days run out just download it again.. hha

you need photoshop cuz paint is crap. u need to have an idea of what u want the eye to look like and then just experiment. im not a photoshop pro but practice gets u better.
