Default Who is worse? Megan or Adam?
Both have used partners and dropped them as soon as someone else showed them attention but which one is the worse?

I would say Megan as she got into Wes's head to make him believe she was a better match then Laura then soon as he left Laura she dumped him straight away

Adam Overall. Whether or not her feelings for Wes are Genuine, Megan is Playing the Game how it should be, Which is exactly what this show needs tbh.

Love them or Hate them, they have both been good Islanders and have Contributed to the show and Generated Enormous Discussions, Reactions and Talking points from in and outside the Villa.
