I've smoked on and off for about 3 years, but right now I smoke about 5 a day.

Smoked occasionally at school but through the last two years at uni I've become quite addicted to the point where I was going through two packs a week earlier this year but Tryna quit basically now - only had one pack in the last five weeks

Yep, used to just do it socially but have been smoking habitually for the last two years.

Smoked for years still miss it if I'm honest but would never go back to it. Still gets me after a really nice meal, would love to still have a cig.

I'm not one of those ex smokers who go all anti though and kick up a big fuss if someone smokes round me
