Default Not feeling too good...

Unless somehting big comes to fruition , the glory days are getting further away as I speak. I would grovel on my hands and knees for Big Brother 6 at this point , with its big diverse characters and lovely spacious and colourful house that many an argument has happened in. Same goes for Big Brother 7. Even that to this.

I know its early days but something seems very , very wrong with BB8.

I think it to early to tell what the whole series will be like. It needed something different this year and they certianly have made it different. If it works as an idea only time will tell.

I love it, give it a chance it's only day 4.
I think it's going to get better as it goes on

In my opinion the only saving grace is getting a lot of men in their. And fast. Characters.

Because at the present rate it feels like a house next door. Everything is an anticlimax at present for me. Big Brother 8 is so dilluted.

And if they are too afraid to come out of the post CBB shell this series , then Jade Goody was indeed the begining of the end for Big Brother.

This series , at least.

Come on. From the opening nights of Big brothers 5-7 you could feel it was going to be good.

I'm sure it's too early to say how this one will pan out. But at the moment I would have to disagree, in that I have a very good feeling about how it's looking . I think it will all be a lot clearer when we have a better idea of all the hms.

I didn't really feel that 7 was going to be good at all and 6 was an anticlimax after 5. Both 6 and 7 seemed slow at the start and were hard to get into. Overall 6 was much better than 7 which was on par with 4. 7 just got worse from launch night and didn't pick-up to Nikki left and then dipped again when she reentered the house.

I'm feeling the same way to be honest, it just seems to be dragging along waiting for the rest of the blokes to go in before it can finally get going.I just don't think many of the housemates have much substance so far to be honest.

I'm willing to give it a chance of course but I'm not enjoying it as much as the start of previous series.

I think Pete may have ruined Big Brother last year, and also characters like Nikki.

To begin with, I felt the same. But now I'm thinking that perhaps it's a good thing that we've not started off on an extremely high note, because it would be difficult to maintain it throughout all the weeks. Every series goes through its ups and downs and I'd rather things were rocky at the start.

Additionally, although it's not been confirmed, I doubt we even have our full set of housemates etc. yet, plus group dynamics haven't settled, we've not had enough tasks/secret missions. So I'm willing to stay enthusiastic and wait for what's to come.

That is a very good point, by not starting off with a big bang the show can only get better ane better rather than becoming duller and duller as it goes on.

Good post
