yes i do prefer Salsa i think, she had teached her colleague paratriathletes some basic traditional salsa techniques tbh, that is her tiny bit of dance experience, she doesn't know every latin technique yet, but i reckon a bit of experience might help get you going into the flow

and ballroom is completely new to her, so what she achieved in just 2 training days was impressive

Lauren & AJ are on Lorraine today, to talk about strictly, triathlon, and their fab Chemistry

i have Always liked Lorraine and her show, she's such a nice lady


so probably going from that to the training room is today's schedule and tomorrow studio rehearsals and appearing on ITT in the live ep on Friday

Ian was right to mention the normal shoes problem, but Lauren is new to showbiz and glamour so i forgive her for that, and it's early strictly days so i hope she can improve and wear more appropriate dancing shoes instead, i hope Zoe will tell em this on tonight's ITT

i liked her charleston, full of character and quirky personality she owned that performing bit which is impressive for someone who isn't an actress and/or stage performer for day job

my criticism, there were some technical flaws in this performance, but for a beginner this wasn't bad at all

while she has never done any of that


Lauren did me proud and she now has a true fan in me, i will be with her on this strictly journey, and wherever it may end for her i am still going to be proud of her

and she should never give up on the dancing, she truly has a talent for it
