There was a noose found in a black nascar drivers garage. It was investigated at the request of the driver, and wasn't found to be because of the driver, it was the rope to close the garage, that had been found to have been tied into that kind of knot. Even the FBI said it was worthy of investigation.

It was literally a noose, all you’d have to do is look at the picture of it to see that it was a noose, it was found by someone at NASCAR and they reported it, it was the only rope tied like that in the building and the garage just so happened to be assigned to the only black man there, yes the FBI found that it wasn’t a direct threat towards him, but they also said it was a completely justified investigation

all those buildings have them
he was not sent that rope
it was there long before he bought that building.
