Format.

There will be a series of tasks and all candidates will work as a team in a social group which I will set up soon. All candidates will remain in the process till the end of the game at which point multiple firings will take place dependent on how many applicants may still enlist. After each task Lord and Lady Shugrr will give their critiques of each individual within the team. Task 1 will include naming the team creatively.
