Why is there so much hatred surrounding contestants in Big Brother?

I know people say it's pantomime but when Emily has received death threats it really isn't nice. I fear that when Charley is evicted her life will be hell and she'll probably get death threats, abuse and be insulted left, right and centre. Does she truly deserve this? What has she done that's so bad? She's had a few arguments but the way people go on about her it's as if she's murdered someone.

Don't get me wrong but I think we should dislike people in Big Brother but we need to know boundaries.

Sorry, that's my little rant over. I'd just like to know what other people think. Does Charley (or any other housemate) deserve it?

Anyone who gives out Death-Threats is a dangerous person. But it is usually "people", not one person & they are sick too.
