I just have the blue disposable ones, they’re the only ones that fit properly and don’t pull me ears into the shape of the FA Cup.

I've eventually been given an adjustable from Bristol University all
the others just too big for me ~ trouble is all i have been out for is hospital
appointments, and they make you wear theirs
