to take into Custody, for the purpose of a
psychiatric evaluation, an individual who appears to be
mentally ill and is conducting themselves
in a manner likely to result in serious harm
to self or others"

The homeless need treatment
not a Police Cell

This is all very logical.


Los Angeles is terrible as well
far too many homeless.



In New York City
a mentally ill man
who had been on streets
pushed a Lady to her death
in front of as subway train
Last January.
