I obviously tried googling but I'm no tech whizz, I didn't get all the answers
 The back of my tv has an HDMI splitter, as I have more things than it has inputs. But if I got the same splitter, could I put it into my PS4 output, and split it between my tv, and laptop's capture card? (I'm not reckoning to be a game streamer or anything lol, my PC and laptop don't have disc drives so I'll have to rip DVDs and Blu Ray through my PS4 and screen capture)
