The 'Big Brother' housemates have finally passed a weekly task.

They had to create superhero alter egos for themselves, and had to change into their costume in a phone box and strike a pose on a podium when an alarm was sounded.

They had three minutes to do this, and earlier in the week, Federico used up their one life by failing to reach it in time. However, all 'missions' since then have been successful.

The housemates now have £152.63 to spend on their weekly shop after betting a whopping 85 percent on the task.

But the thing I notice, where's this 'euphoria' people on the forum expected... they're showing next-to-nothing, this is seriously dull viewing.

I actually wish they lost, we may have got something to watch... and are they even going to get alcohol, since I haven't heard them yet mention buying any... I seriously hope they do.

Congrats to them for not failing! But I'm afraid to say that I've gone off it a bit, maybe it's because Fed is sooooo annoying! I admit I haven't watched it for a few days. I'll still tune in occasionally, but I've decided I'm not a hardcore fan - sorry! Forgive me...?

About time they passed a task - but to be honest if they couldnt pass that they couldnt pass any.

It certainly wasnt rocket science and certainly didnt stretch Jon's brain as he hoped.

Still well done - enjoy it - you'll probably fail next week. lol.

I'm pleased they passed the task, but they were a bit rubbish at making the shopping list. Everyone wanted to spend the money on different things.

There is alcohol on the list (cider and beer I think) and Ray said something about the alcohol being there to drink and once it's gone, it's gone. Scott then added that they should save a couple of bottles of cider for Friday night though.
