Herbie Hancock: Keyboards,
Bennie Maupin: Sax,
Paul Jackson: Bass,
Mike Clark: Drums,
Bill Summers: Congas, Percussion,
Melvin Wah Wah Watson: Lead Guitar,
DeWayne “Blackbyrd” McKnight: Guitar.

…that’s pretty sensational, Arista…I’m not sure that I’m familiar with Me,vin Wah Wah Watson but he’s a great guitarist and the sax and keyboards as well…smooth as smooth and gorgeous and thank you for that…

The First Guitar, you hear
on Marvin Gaye's "Lets Get It On" 1973
is Melvin.


That track was composed by Herbie Hancock
and Wah Wah Watson.



On his (Herbie) 1975 CD Man Child a Studio long track

On Wah Wah Watson's 1976 CD only solo recording
a shorter version.


A Great Band
