i mean PSV has 60 million income, with the CL group stage start money, i massively doubt they couldn't have bought something better than the mediocreness that is Adamo Nagalo, Esmir Bajraktarevic, Lucas Perez


i mean Diego Costa was also available as a free agent, and yet they signed Perez (whom few weeks later got a severe case of tuberculosis)



and failing to get rid of Boscagli (now he is a free agent next season ) and tbh he has been totally unmotivated lol this whole season

failing to cash in for Bakayoko, Schouten whom also have been in otherwise bad form this season
