RELIEVED Chanelle Hayes last night revealed she quit Big Brother because she feared it would send her MAD.

And she claimed that ex-lover Ziggy NEVER cared about her.

In her first interview since leaving the house, she said mind games by contestants had driven her to the edge.

Chanelle, 19, said: “They were nutters in there. I couldn’t handle the manipulating all the time.

“I’m so glad to be out of that crazy house, it was driving me nuts. I would have come out of there and gone into a mental home, seriously.”

And she added: “It is so *******ing nice to be wearing clean clothes and be able to have a proper shower.

“I just want to eat proper food and be around normal people.”

She went on: “I couldn’t live there with Ziggy any more.”

She said that she still cares about him “a little”, but she did not think he cares about her. Chanelle added: “I don’t think he ever did.”

In a new twist, she came face-to-face with Charley last night on Big Brother’s Big Mouth.

Asked why the pair had fallen out so badly, she said: “I think it’s differences of opinions and clashes of opinion.”

A fan in the studio audience accused Chanelle of stealing Charley’s thunder by leaving the house early. Chanelle replied: “To be fair, am I supposed to stay and go insane?”

Her exit came just days after her adoptive mum Christine rang the BB care team, worrying that her daughter was “cracking up”.

Christine said yesterday she feared her daughter would be targeted by hate mobs. She said: “We might not be able to go out shopping for a while without being harassed.”

But she blamed Ziggy for manipulating Chanelle, saying: “I just don’t know if he is best for her. He seems to play on her feelings a bit.”

Meanwhile, The Sun can reveal Chanelle has been offered a megabucks modelling deal. Christine said: “The offer is there but that’s for Chanelle to decide on.”

Chanelle has also applied to do a language course at Leeds University after her A-Levels.

PINING Ziggy yesterday said he wanted Chanelle back in the house — and even said that he LOVED her.
The former pop star, 26, told Jonty: “I love her — I’d love to see her. I’ve missed Chanelle like crazy today.”

Despite often rowing with Chanelle, Ziggy admitted: “You can miss someone as you’re frustrated that it didn’t work.”

Ziggy never cared? I am so glad she is out now, at least Ziggy doesn't have to worry if he puts a foot out of line.

She is a coward! Couldnt wait for aproper eviction. SOrry but ziggy had nothing to do with it. She had bust ups with ziggy before, yet she never left on those instances. I find it really dodgy that she decxided to do that as Charley was exiting. People dont seem to realise the obsessive nature of the girl. I mean for god sakes, she was so distressed, that the first thing she did was get an exact replica of Posh Spice new haido!
