Here's the Sinead Quinn article from Channel 4

INTERVIEW: Sinead Quinn
Day 62, 20:35

Fresh from recording her debut album, former reality inmate Sinead Quinn was on the Big Brother campus this evening.

She's a busy girl these days, but does she still have time to squeeze in a bit of housemate viewing, we asked?

"I haven't had much time to watch it this year, but last year I was a dedicated fan. I'd just finished university so I had more time to watch it."

And who does she want to win?

"If I was putting money on it, I'd probably pick Cameron, but I'd like to see Ray win it," she told us. "I think he's been the most entertaining - all his little tantrums. He's just got a lot of character."

And what of Jon Tickle. Is he a good bloke, or a bit of a geek?

"A bit of both, actually," Sinead decided. "More so a geek."

So what's been the best moment, in her opinion?

"I think Cameron going to South Africa - that was really unexpected," she said, "They've pulled a few things out this year," she added.

We then asked Sinead whether she found herself criticising or sympathising with the housemates, given her own experience under the reality TV cameras.

"Sympathising, now," she answered. "A couple of years back when I was watching, I was like 'What are they moaning about'. They've a task now and then, but apart from that they don't have much to do.

"I sympathise with them, I don't think I could do it."

Music is her first love

If she could dish out some wise words to the departing housemates about how to deal with new-found fame, what would she say?

"Get very pi**ed," was her advice. "No," she corrected, "Hopefully they'll have good people around them. Just keep your cool, don't get too big for your boots."

And what does the world hold for Sinead Quinn now?

"I've just finished my album, which I'm really, really proud of," she said, "I've been doing live gigs here and there, and hopefully I'll get a university tour sorted."

"Just doing live gigs," she reiterated, "which is what I really love, more so than being a big celebrity."

"I love every day on the gigging side," Ms Quinn added, "There's a lot of rubbish you have to do as well, but that's just part of it. I'm really enjoying it - it beats working behind a bar, anyway."
