I thing there was similar talk a while ago about an e-mail tax. I wonder how this will effect U2U messages and MSN instant messanger ?

Could the name 'April Premier' give the game away just a little bit?

Good try - but not as good as the 'That's Life' April Fool gag many years ago when they had the 'Lirpaloof' dog driving a car - that was brilliant!

Anyone else have a favourite April Fool gag?

There was an actual Hoax chain E-mail about an E-mail tax in the USA Bill 602P a while ago.

What is even funnier is that during a live debate between Hillary Clinton and Rick Lazio, they were asked about this phony bill, and no one knew it was a hoax and responded as if it was real

No, you're right, Chad. Unfortunately Sticks' scanned newspaper article was a bit big for the normal width of the forum page.
