WOO. I can't find an article on the net, but in OK mag it says that Disney is backing Vanessa, and has forgiven her for her mistake.

Which means, Vanessa will still be there for HSM3

Yeah, I heard this too. Which is good, because HSM3 wouldn't be the same without Vanessa. Planning was already underway with Vanessa in mind prior to this, so with HSM3 being the last sequel it would only make sense to keep her.

It's a shame that she had to go through all of this, especially considering that it was all personal, but hopefully she'll be more cautious and aware for the future! I still hope she sticks around once the HSM phase is over.
