I've heard that BB UK is actually considered the best BB worldwide.

I've only seen one foreign BB, which was BB8 US. Not really the same show- AT ALL! Still it was better than ours this year (but nothing compared to the other years).

I've also been told that even BB8 in the UK is considered and excellent series by other countries. I wonder what they'd think of BB3, 5 and 7!

I think ours is the best, but I hear alot of people in this country complain about it. But I'm sure every country moans about how fixed and rubbish their BB is. A world of moaners!

So has anyone else heard the same, that BBUK is the most poplular and best out of all BBs?

Well we can't confirm it's the best but most of the countries did adopt the twists (bedsit, secret garden, golden ticket, BigBrotherHood, evil side) and even the logo, the opening titles and the house (Serbian BB).
We can say it's the most creative one !

One country did a Big Brother that was meant to last forever?
When someone was evicted, someone else went into the house.
So if the public liked you, you could potentially end up living there forever.

I heard it lasted for a year, but ive never watched it myself.
Sounds interesting though..but id definitely class UK Big Brother as the best.

Yes we has brilliant twists but as I watch every single Big Brother, I can't confirm it's the best as all of them are really different. i love the US and the Aussie ones too.

And for Retroman, I did watch a little bit of BB Germany 6: The Village, that was awesome but they stopped it as the rating weren't good at the end.

Nah BBusa is, the interesting players don't go early, they actually play a game, and they have more interesting twists.

No, but I read on another forum (not saying which one of course ) that all other countries considered ours the best BB.

Its more of a factual answer over an opinion I want (although I am interested in what people have to say).

I'm not sure BBUS is in the same league as any country in terms of popularity. Its not such a big deal over there. I think they're more into Surivivor. Also BBUSA is a completely differnet show altogether!

No LOft Story takes place in the french part of Canada.
You can watch them by Torrents, Youtube, Dailymotion and Veoh.

Torrents is the easier way to watch it but well I don't use Youtube and Veoh much so I can't give you any links on youtube.

It's all down to personal opinion really. but I know some Australians who give u watching their BB to watch the UK one.

I do think it's fair to say that BBUK is one of the most original Big brother's, along with BBUS and maybe BBGER.

I always thought BBUK was the best, I'd seen a few clips of international BB's and didn't think they were much cop. BB2-BB6 was BBUK's best run (excluding BB4), each series had entertaining housemates, twists and tasks. BB6 started to show cracks in the format but due to some interesting housemates like Makosi and Science the series was considered a success.

BB7 is where it started crumbling in my opinion. Far too many housemates, too many wannabees, it became more about celebrity than ever before. Over-the-top twists that a lot of the time fell flat. And also the most manipulation by the producers out of any series so far.

Then BB8 was just an all around failure. And because of this I decided finally check out our 'brothers' across the pond and I started watching BBUSA Season 8 and it really blew me away, it was so different in terms of the 'game', people actually cared about been there, they wanted to win the show and wasn't afraid to admit it. They had alliances, game plans and strategy..all of which wasn't frowned upon like some horrible sin. Bitching, backstabbing and side-deals where all involved and it also had some very entertaining housemates, some decent twists and a whole lot of fun.

Since BBUSA Season 8 finished, I've watched BBUSA Season 2 and I enjoyed that just as much. The whole format is just totally better than ours, it's more of a competition where you want to win and aren't lambasted for admitting so.

I'd still say the best BB's are BB3 and BB5 UK but I would very much welcome the BBUSA format adapted into our series in the future.

Oh and another thing BB3 and BB5 are usually considered the best UK Big Brother's. And why do I think this is? Because like BBUSA it had alliances and groups working against each other and trying to play the game, especially in BB5 with the Jungle Cats and the Lip-Gloss Bitches. BB3 not as much so, but the Rich/Poor divide certainly was a big selling point to that series.
So it looks like that is the way to go to make BBUK entertaining again, make it about forming alliances and strategy.

BB Germany and BBUS have 2 different formats from BBUK but nobody did copy any of them.
Loads of countries did copy the UK version with the bedsit, a classic twist now, the secret garden, the golden ticket and the evil touch.

There is no definition of the "Best Big Brother" but ont thing is sure BBUK is one of the best.
