I was extremely sorry to see Hassan voted out so quickly, Sam, for me he was by far the most principled and kind natured person in the house. I do beleive that it is important that he was there so young people get to understand a little of the Moslem culture.
I teach a great many Muslim students and they are the most delightful and hard-working group of students I've had the pleasure to meet. Happy Ramadan, for next week! |

Well said Peachy.
I liked Hassan. He was so much more - I don't know, calm, serene, peaceful - than the others. I felt as if he was experiencing feelings which I had more in common with. He was a good role model (apart from a few politically incorrect ideas/comments) and I was surprised they voted him out above Shaneen. I think they already miss him though. There were quite a few remorseful faces around. |
