Well she has now announced that she has made a decision about what she is going to do, but "she is not going to announce it yet." I suppose she's waiting to see who is the highest bidder. Cheryl Cole is proving to Ashley that she's having a ball without him.

Cheryl, 24, looked stunning in a skin-tight cocktail dress as she enjoyed a night clubbing in LA with Girls Aloud bandmates Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts. And she showed no sign that she was pining for cheating Chelsea star Ashley as she flirted with male admirers.

A close pal said: "Cheryl knows she is going to have to confront Ashley at some point this week when she gets back to the UK but she'll deal with that as and when. For the first time in ages, she has started to feel better and for now, she just wants to have some fun."

Cheryl, who walked out on Ashley over claims he bedded hairdresser Aimee Walton after meeting her in a nightclub, is due to fly back to London in time for Wednesday's Brit Awards. Girls Aloud are battling it out with Arctic Monkeys, Editor, Kaiser Chiefs and Take That to be crowned best British Group.

Meanwhile, Ashley, 27, wasn't in Chelsea's squad for Saturday's home game against Huddersfield. Could it have been because he prefers playing away?
