switerland 2 portugal 0?? How? Ok this game had no effect on the other game but the holland v romainia game will do. Holland a in the next round so will they play to win... Or let romainia win and give france and italy no chance? Its match fixing and uefa/fifa should stamp it out. Lets say how holland play and if they play dirty by letting romainia win and knocking out italy or france. Legal match fixing???

Why on earth is this in the music section?
And if Holland let Romania win, that'd be a wise move. France and Italy would be more difficult opponents in future rounds, so yeah...it'd be a good tactic. |

Don't tell me I'm wrong. It's not match fixing at all - it's good tactics.
It's France's and Italy's fault in the first place for doing **** against Romania and Holland. |

Holland lost to Romania in qualification for Euro 2008, so who's to say they will even want to keep the Romanian's in the competition?
Romania are an underrated team, they work exteremly hard and are a very difficult team to break down.Holland already beat France and Italy quite comfortably, so they have nothing to fear there. Unless Holland made it obvious, how are they to determine if the match is fixed or not? |

I don't see why they would be so concerned at making sure France and Italy don't go through, they've already beaten both of them quite handily.
Romania actually won the Euro 2008 qualification group containing Holland.They drew 0-0 in Holland and Romania won the home game 1-0.The Dutch obviously know they cannot write them off now.France and Italy might be more well known teams but I don't see a whole lot of difference between them two and Romania at the moment. |

the fact that holland may stick two fingers up at italy and france by letting romainia win! Legal match fixing! It has happend loads if u know your football and the worst was in the late 70s or early 80s (i may be wrong with years) when two teams did not want to beat each other and wanted a draw so they just kicked the ball around... It was a farse!! Holland may do the same then the holland v romainia game would be a total farse! Its fixing the game so romainia go thru and italy or france have no chance, legal match fixing! Holland will play badly and let romainia win.

holland did well even tho mr van made 9 changes... Everybody knew he would do that and that what my fear was that holland would not want to win the game. Im glad holland proved me wrong. ITALIA!!!!
