I mean.. is it live as feature? When davina said, theyre getting married on sunday.. does that mean its during lunchtime? or are they wedding on the sunday evening for us to see?

I'd say that it isn't live. It'd be too risky and the housemates might not be inclined to object, considering the show would be live and they'd be conscious of the viewing public.
