I think that was just her way of showing a liking for him. I also think that she was saying "good" to Jen after hugging him, I'm not too sure on that one, though.

I really don't feel that she 'knows' him knows him, it's possible they could have met in the selection process, but I think she was just excited and pleased with the eye candy, and possibly reacted the way she did in order to make Mo jealous and/or back off from her and show she's not interested.. (If what she said about Mo's true, that is), or to show Stew that she is in him.

Sylvia, Dennis and possibly Jen all know Stuart from the auditions and dry-runs.

Sylvia said to him after a long hug in the garden, "You look taller" and he said "I've grown".

Dennis also said "I'm showing Stuart the jail because it wasn't here last time", obviously referring to a dry run in the pre-made house.

They were all very close last night and the rest of the house was rightfully paranoid.
