..This whole daughter thing. Missing his daughter. If he really misses his daughter thaaat much the door is there. Like Rachel said, the door is there, if he really misses his daughter that much he would walk. But no, he wants the fame, and the big interview afterwards. Pretty low in my opinion.

..Also, when he said, and if im up, and i stay, ill be happy then. Which indicates that he isnt really missing his daughter as much as he is making out, he wants the fame and just wants to be liked. Wth all the tears every five minutes, yes everyone misses their family, but this whole stuart and his daughter thing is getting borin now, i know he misses his daughter, but like the editing people are showing it too much. Like im sure Kat misses her fiance, theyre not showing her crying, Rachel misses her boyfriend, theyre not shwoing her miss him. So like yea.

I think Stu is playing up for the cameras. Just to be liked.

He's not. First thing, he cried away from the housemaets as he doesnt want to bring them down. He doesnt cry infront of them so he gets the sympathy.
Second, there are camera's all over the house, wherever you go, there is a camera(even in the toilet!) so you cant hide from them!

hmm i dont really know where i stand on this one.I can understand where your coming from but maybe he does miss his daughter but i think if i was in his situation id be thinking well ive come this far why should i waste all the effort ive put in so far by just walking out.

But then why nominating, he said if he survives eviction, he will be glad so he knows hes not hated. When hes said he wants to go because he misses his daughter.

By saying he wants to go, he was actually hinting "I want to go up for eviction!",hence why the Hms nommed him, he doesnt want to go, he said that he will not walk. He wants to try and beat someone in a one on one eviction, I think.

Why would you want to try and beat someone in an one on one eviction, when youve been sat there crying everyday coz you want to leave and see your daughter.

He said that he wants to stay for his daughter, and is doing it for her. His daughter and ex wants him to continue and not give up as said on the letter.

Then he should quite crying about missing her. I know if i was in there i would cry once in a while about missing them. But not everyday. I wouldnt let myself think about it.

He hasnt been moaning at all since he got the letter, he just wanted to know if she was alright as he said the day before he got the letter. He's happy that they are encouraging him to stay.

as a parent myself i dont think he is doing it for the cameras he went in there to win it for his daughter and missing a child is a hugely intense feeling so i cant blame him for saying i want to walk but the fact he hasnt shows how much he is trying to make his daughter proud of him

I do believe he is missing his daughter but is also feeling low.

If he survives the eviction, it will give him a boost to carry on.

I totally agree with everyone in this thread.

Stu's totally not playing up to the cameras.
he obviously misses his daughter, and since receiving the letter, he's got that boost he needs, and hasn't mentioned his daughter as much since. That could also explain why he no longer wants to walk, because he knows his daughter's fine, and supporting him.

A lot of hms this year have wanted to leave [look at Rex, he's been saying for weeks he wants to go, but no-one wants to walk, understandably too], not just Stu.

Why would he do that?
If you had a daughter you'd miss her, he probably didn't realize how much he would actually miss her, and how long he would actually stay on the show for.
He went in there for his daughter so he's not gonna give up.
