As a curtain opener for the new series of the X Factor, this programme catches up on the lives of some of last year's contestants, including the two finalists Rhydian and Leon Jackson, who reveal how their lives have changed and what they are doing now, as well as a look at some of the more memorable auditions. Plus, the progress of Nikki, Daniel De Bourg, Beverley, Futureproof, Hope and Same Difference.

It will be interesting to see whether Fearne or Holly presents that ...

Can you not watch it online? ITV stream all of their channels (except CITV) with about a 30 second delay.

Just click on the itv2 logo, you're best looking at it on internet explorer though. Just wait for the 30 second advert to finish then it will come on and you can put it full screen and that.

Rhydian and Same Difference look like they will have alot of success with them both releasing albums
