A short while ago Michelle entered the Diary Room with a plea on behalf of her man's wardrobe.

The loyal partner of Sheriff Stu pleaded with a silent Big Brother to stop the burnings.

"It's not just the hat," she explained, "it's the fact that, like, that was Jonny Horizontal burning there....just vanishing."

Michelle then gave Big Brother an insight into her fella's psyche.

"He gets so attached to ridiculous things and that [hat] meant a lot," she said, laughing through her words.

Earlier, after witnessing the burning of his favourite headgear, Stuart retired to the Pamper Room and sniffled into his hooded top.

Michelle explained that the situation had traumatised the sensitive soul and that he needed to take a little time out to think about the situation.

Pre-empting any further punishment from Big Brother, Michelle then put in a bid to save another of Stuart's favourite characters

"Just don't burn anymore cowboy hats if that would be possible ...you know who I'm talking about....whatever he's called... Sammy Standby.. don't burn Sammy Standby...burn something of mine," she insisted

Before she left the one-sided chat, Michelle informed Big Brother that the naughty nine intended to stay silent until midnight.

As she took her last stand she fixed the Diary Room camera square in the eyes and raised her voice for authoritative effect

"DON'T BURN ANYMORE COWBOY HATS OR YOU'LL HAVE ME TO ANSWER TO."
