So because something happens on Big Brother which disagree's with your own personal opinion, the ship is sunk and Big Brother is done for?

Give me a break.

Not me, it's still one of C4's largest shows, media, coverage and ratings wise. Anyway, C4 signed a contract for a few more years. Once is up again and if they (Highly unlikely) pass the contract on ITV will take it. They've been desperate for years.

I've thought since year one this is a loser, but i've gradually realised this is a show which will go on for all time ...

There are always new people, who will make it a new show.

You guys may think its not doing well but this is channel 4's biggest money spinner. Yes, its not doing as well as it use to but with an average of around 3.5M for every highlight show, that is good.

Channel 4 will not cancel it. It's their main source of income and provides them the money to acquire other shows in the year.

Until they find a replacement for a show that is as big as Big Brother, it'll still be around.

i really loved the housemates this year and could of been the most entertaining one yet but the public hasve kept on voting out the entertiaining ones, every week! the only week that was okay was probably belindas because she wasnt that entertaining but the rest were! its stupid

yeah ....managers of C4 .. keep bb! it's the only philosophical show which will still make references in the future.

BB is more important than current viewers may realise!

It is a fascinating social experiment. year after year

I have a feeling that ratings will plummet alot now. On Stu's facebook fanclub, most of the 2000 members on there said they are gioing to switch off because the show is left with boring people. All Sylvia, Jen, Bex, Mario, Dale and Stu fans, some will probably turn off,.

im scared that ratings will be bad these next few weeks

That is still opinion. Not fact. This year has been far and away better than last years, by a thousand miles. No matter what anybody says relating to entertaining housemates getting evicted early, almost everything about BB9 has worked. Almost everything they crammed into BB8 failed. On its ass.

Plus the share drop from 2006-2007 was huge compared to the small share drop this year.
