All you have to do is apply for them and then hope you get in. I think I've auditioned for like 8 shows this month lol

It's simple. It's the reality shows done in forum format! I've tried out for loads of positions as judges, contestants, co-hosts, but I rarely get in!

Kinda. I tried out for the role of co-host on Tibb's Got More Talent but didn't make it. I also got turned down for two other shows!
