Default Worried. :(

I normally don't post my concerns or worries on here but...
Recently I have been noticing my weight dropping, I manged to loose a Stone and 2 Pounds in 2 months, and I don't understand why? My BMI has dropped to borderline at 18.5 which is on normal weight/underweight and its just really concerning me. Before hand I was a completley healthy weight and its not like I'm over exercising at the moment, Infact I seem to be doing less exercise and eating more regularey. I have/had been through a long spell of panic attacks, and some stress but It doesn't seem right that I would loose all my weight due to that?
I just don't know what I can do now in order to gain weight and get to where my BMI was before.
I know the best thing to do is visit a Doctor or Dietition but I just really don't know. I know its probably a silly thing to get worked up on.

If you're worrying about it then I'd go to see a dietrician. It could just be you have a high metabolism.

Stress does make you drop weight significantly, so that can explain.

Also, you're at the age where your physiology changes and your metabolism, for example, adapts to things.

So long as you're eating healthy (fruits and veg) and doing a somewhat healthy exercise regime then you've not much to worry about.

If you're still dropping weight on top of having a healthy lifestyle then you should probably see a doctor as it would most probably be something minor like a hyperthyroidism (very possible, though I'm not that much into medicine so don't take my word for it - it's basically the tissue you in your thyroid "overworking" so your metabolism works too fast and burns calories too quick, thus resulting in weight loss. It's very minor and treatable).
Another possibility is anaemia.

But yeah, although exercise may not seem a very good solution to putting weight on - the right type can increase muscle mass etc, so look into weights, press ups etc.

Thanks Lauren.
I don't think its hyperthyroidism, but I do no I'm slightly anaemic, hence I show some symptons, I guess also being a vegetarian doesn't help either. I just think that a couple of weeks ago, I was getting up at 3 or 4pm from going to bed so late and missing out on Breakfast/Lunch and only seem to snack then eat, seems the most likely reason why I have lost weight as well as stress, but the past couple of weeks I have been getting up early and managing to have lunch, and then snack or w/e and then meal, and eating more than I have.

I had the same problem a few months back. I would eat but I just didn't seem to gain any weight, I still don't gain hardly any now but at the time I fainted in school three times, my mum was worried that I wasn't eating but I told her I was. I didn't end up seeing the doctor because the week after I was fine, I hadn't been eating very healthy that week though so that might have been it, and I also had to give blood for some diabetes tests and it might have been the after shock from them.

You know what I'm not sure you wanted advice or you just wanted to brag you've lost weight!
