Joelle defitnely should have gone further -- even if she did sound a little shrieky sometimes, her voice was so powerful and controlled.

I think she is actually a prison warden at a male prison. Was wondering as didn't see the first part and none of my family saw her during the remaining programme. We found it strange that when she went to tell her workmates - most where females and there where hardly any male prison wardens. Presume it was mainly the background staff we saw.
