The X Factor is everything, not just the voice. Austin is a better vocalist, Rachel is a better performer and is more likable. Voices don't necessarily shift records, people do.

David i disagree i think austin is much more likable.
and he is a better singer to he did deserve to stay. |

glad rachel stayed but both shouldn't have been in the bottom two it should have been daniel and ruth!!!

I think Austin should have stayed.Rachel's given a few duff performances so far whereas Austin has been pretty good every week.With three other strong female vocalists, her departure wouldn't have been as big a deal in my view.
